Returns & Exchanges

At FOUR Amsterdam, we want you to be fully satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your items are not a perfect fit, you can return them within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer boxes, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid return label and attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated courier point; once received and inspected at our boutique, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
